Objective: The Fund objective is to obtain returns superior to the CDI in the medium to long term, by acquiring a mixture of fixed income and equity investments. The Fund has an investment horizon of medium to long term.

Target Investor: This Fund is for any investors with the objective to obtain returns superior to the CDI (overnight rate) over the long term by primarily utilizing fixed income instruments.

Administration Fee:
The Administration fee will be calculated on a daily balance as a percentage over the value of the Fund equity balance.

Maximum: 2,5% a.a.

Capital Gains Tax Rate: The rate is regressive starting at a marginal rate of 22.5% and reaching 15% of the capital gains depeding on the term of the investment. The tax will be paid on the last business day of May and November.

 

Financial Liquidation:D+4I.O.F.: withdrawls before 29 days Will be subject to IOF taxation according to the legislation.
